Founded in 1985 by Carl Townsend, the call center was headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Offices were relocated several years to Lynchburg, VA.
Services were developed to capture phone calls for traditional ministry media responses via television and radio. We captured product purchases, donations, prayer and salvation calls. Since inception of the business, we have handled over 64 million phone calls, processed 59 million ministry orders, 46 million donations, 19 million prayer calls, and 11 million salvation calls. We operate 24/7/365 days per year.
We began to offer fulfillment services that included pick and pack fulfillment and direct mail. We processed millions of orders and then shipped the products out of our warehouse.
We began providing ticketing for the men's ministry 'Promise Keepers'. These events were held in NFL football stadiums and NBA basketball arenas. We processed thousands of tickets and wrist bands for over 20 years. We began processing these events in 1997.
We collaborated with Trinity Broadcasting Network to build the National Prayer Center (NPC). The Center was developed to offer prayer to National Prayer partners through several outreach channels that included direct response television & radio, an interactive website, ministry engagement and parachurch organizations.
